The below warranty / exchange terms and conditions apply and are eligible only to the sales through Cirrus™ online shop which does not include any other retail sales from stores.

Cirrus™ wave styler sold through our online shop is covered by this warranty which is guaranteed to the owner against any malfunction over the waver styler for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. In order to eligible to receive the warranty service, you will be requested to email our customer service department at to request a RMA number.  Cirrus™ is not responsible for any warranty claim without a valid receipt issued from Cirrus™. Cirrus will cover only manufacturer defects and will deny claims if the product is damaged from user error or negligence.  Cirrus™ reserves the right to terminate any warranty to protect itself against all forms of suspicious claims, including any improper or abuse use.

Exchange policy:

For any Cirrus™ Wave Styler purchased within seven days from the date of purchase through our online shop @, you can exchange it with us against any malfunction is founded.  In order to eligible to receive the exchange service, you will be requested to furnish proof of purchase by showing the Cirrus™ ‘s receipt by emailing our Customer Service department.  Once the exchange policy has been met, we will offer an exchange. We will only accept exchange provided that the item has to be unused with all the original tags / parts / packing materials attached and in new condition.

We do not offer return and refund on any Cirrus™ product.
